90hr Real Estate Fundamentals
This is an instructor led pre-licensing course designed to satisfy the 90 hour requirement of Nevada Law NRS 645.435 and to provide the student with sufficient real estate knowledge to successfully pass the Nevada Real Estate Examination.
The course includes the required hours of:
45hr Real Estate Property Laws and Nevada State Law
This is a pre-licensing course designed for those individuals who have partially met the educational requirements for a salesman�s license in Nevada with courses from outside the state. This course satisfies the 45 hour requirement of Nevada Law NRS 645.435 and provides the student with sufficient real estate knowledge to successfully pass the Nevada Real Estate Examination.
The course includes the required hours of:
18hr Nevada Real Estate Law
This is a pre-licensing course designed to satisfy the 18 hour requirement of Nevada Law NRS 645.435 and provide the student with sufficient real estate knowledge to successfully pass the Nevada Real Estate Examination. 18 hours of Nevada Law is a requirement for those individuals who have met the educational requirement from another state and wish to be licensed in Nevada.
The course includes the required hours of:

Nevada Revised Statutes 645, 119, 119A and 119B

legal requirements, rights and obligations concerning licensing and regulations regarding the sale of subdivided land, time shares and campership
Optional Correspondence Programs
The student is given the same session format with instructor guidelines and tests for each session. The student may proceed at their own pace, however the 90 hour course may not be completed before 21 days and take no longer than 6 months to complete course including the final examination.
